The staff were amazing. So friendly. So helpful. The location is spot on. There's an amazing spa called Elmira spa, you can ask the receptionist to book it for you. 2 mins walk from the hotel, they're amazing people with amazing services. They will look after you. You cannot get enough shops to browse around here. You will love the buzz of the area.

Great location right near the center of Istiklal Street. Lots of restaurants and bars just outside the door. Excellent breakfast every morning. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. The hotel/airport shuttle service was also very nice in a clean a spacious van.

This hotel was excellently located for shopping close to Istiklal street, and is also a good base to explore Istanbul. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable hotel.

Great location, at 2 min from Istiklal street, and a great pub at the corner. Exceptional staff, overly helpful. I had forgotten my phone in the taxi and the receptionist, Mr. Ali, was very helpful in contacting the company and retrieving the phone. Very clean rooms too.
